This Vermentino from Tenuta Carpoli reflects an authentic terroir at 300 meters above sea level.
A fresh and mineral wine, where sun exposure and the breezes of the Tuscan archipelago come together in perfect harmony.
DETAILS
On the hills of Casale Marittimo, between 200 and 350 meters above sea level, where the view opens toward the sea and the vineyards are gently caressed by Tyrrhenian breezes, this Vermentino is born with a strong territorial identity.
The clay-loam soils give the wine structure and a distinctive mineral tension. The temperature variation between day and night preserves aromatic integrity and expressive elegance.
Harvesting is carried out by hand during the coolest hours of the day. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperature. The wine then ages on fine lees, gaining depth, balance and a more complex palate texture.
